The beach is only a 5 minute walk to Tankerton Slopes past Jojo’s Tapas restaurant. Tankerton high street is only a 5 minute walk too with restaurants cafes, and shops. You can walk into Whitstable along the promenade past the Castle, working harbour to buy fresh fish and shop in the unique boutiques.
You have access to all areas in the cabin , plus a private patio, plus the outside communal areas including the hot tub, sauna and decked area.
The beautiful log cabin comprises of a Double bedroom with a pop up Smart TV in the foot of the bed, a bathroom with a walk in shower, WC and basin, a kitchen area with pull out table & chairs, and a relaxing living area with a sofa, armchair and log burner. There is also an Alexa to use for you to play some music of your choice. There is a private patio area to dine alfresco or relax in the sun with a cold glass of fizz (ice and ice bucket is provided). You are also welcome to use the communal sauna, hot tub and a self-serving bar (BYO alcohol) and sun loungers on the decking. Towelling robes, slippers and a spa gift are provided in the cabin for guests to use. Don’t forget to bring your swimwear to enjoy the hot tub & sauna. There is off street parking for 1 car and there is free street parking on the road and surrounding roads. You can also visit the ‘Just Park’ website to find out where to park in Whitstable. There are frequent buses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Herne Bay Road, Tankerton Road, Harbour Street, High Street, Oxford Street etc. The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Chestfield & Whitstable Train Station is about a 10 minute walk. Whitstable Taxi services are available for short fares or airport runs. The nearest airports are in London and the nearest Ferry port is in Dover.

You may arrive at your property after 3pm. You will receive the arrival instructions prior to your stay. If you arrive early, you may be able to leave your bags inside the property. Please contact us to check if this is possible. Please vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.
Please respect the property and local area you are staying in, do not litter, waste energy or water, and take every effort to guard against fire and damage. Please also be conscientious to the neighbours and local people, especially in regards to noise.
Cleaning and laundry will be at no extra charge. Please leave the property as you found it.
Property descriptions give the maximum number of guests allowed to stay. Babies in cots are not included in the guest amounts.
All utilities are provided at no extra charge and information will be provided at each property regarding this, for example the availability of hot water. Please do not change the settings on any of the services. If you are experiencing difficulties please contact us.

If you have any special requirements, such as disabled or elderly guests or children please advise us when booking and we will advise you accordingly as to which properties would be suitable and if there is anything we can do to make their stay easier.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed at any of the properties.
There is an information folder inside the properties which provide local information, instructions on how to use equipment in the house, emergency telephone numbers, waste collection details, plus information on local attractions and transport.
Properties either have private parking, free street parking or paid car parks. Please read the property description in regards to the available parking or we will be able to advise you as to where it is best to park. However parking cannot be guaranteed and we accept no responsibility for vehicles left.
Please separate landfill and recycling into the bins provided. These will be collected weekly, see information folder for details.
Bed linen and bath towels are included free of charge. Beach towels are not provided.
A deposit of 30% of the total charge is required upon booking to reserve the property. There will be no security deposit taken on arrival at the property, however you pay a Damage Waiver when booking.
Some properties accommodate pets and this will be made clear under the individual property details. You cannot leave your dog unattended in the property. Do not let your dog upstairs or on the furniture and make sure you clear up any mess from the garden.
Upon your arrival please familiarise yourself with the exits and location and operating procedures of any fire extinguishers or blankets. Keep pets and children away from balconies, stairs, water features and open fires, making sure they are supervised at all times. Please make sure fires are fully extinguished before leaving the property or going to bed. Advise us immediately if anything is broken or you are experiencing any issues.
If you have any complaints please contact us or the owner straight away. Do not wait until you get home otherwise we cannot be given the chance to rectify any issues. Once we are aware of a problem we will do our best to help.
